Marketing Trainee (MT) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

* As our marketing trainees, you will undergo one-year training where you will learn various marketing & sales functions as you will be groomed to be part of our marketing & sales management team.
* In marketing function you will learn about promoting, advertising, analyzing market and demographics. In sales function you will learn about sales procedures, sales strategies dan distribution channels.
* At the end of the training, you will be well-equipped to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies. Along the way, we expect you to exercise your leadership capabilities


Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master Degree in any major
* Min. GPA of 3.0
* Fast learner, self – driven and out-going
* Must be hardworking as these kinds of jobs require a lot of field work
* Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal
* Experience in marketing or sales is preferable
* Willing to be placed in any city in Indonesia
* Only short-listed candidates will be invited via e-mail/phone for Test and Interview
