- Hard worker, high initiative, full responsibilities & quality oriented
General Affair Manager
Responsibilities :
- Handling general affair service eg. office equipment distribution, office machines & maintenance, office renovation, office inventory management, an supervision of transportation and distribution, office boy, receptionist, messenger, and cleaning service
- Dealing with building management
- Developing and socializing GA policies
- Ensure the GA operation is under the standardized procedure
- Keeping good relationship with all department in building and improving the level of GA servic
Requirements :
- Male, Max.40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience as General Affair Manager
- Experience to handle legal permit and have a good relationship with goverment institution
- Have good knowledge in construction & building management
- Proficient in English (oral & written)
