Due to rapid growth, we are currently seeking:

Customer Support

Responsibilities:

* Installation and maintenance of simulators located in the Indonesian region
* Ensuring high product availability and helping customers better utilize their simulators that results in high customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships internally and externally
* Acknowledging and believing in the need for 24 hour customer service

Qualifications:

* Having technical understanding of simulation application within the mining environment (operation and operator) will be an advantage
* Possessing strong electrical and mechanical abilities
* Minimum 4 years relevant experience
* Holding minimum a Degree in Electronic, Technology and/or Information or any technical / Science related educational background
* Fluent in English and Bahasa
* Computer literate
* Based in Jakarta with flexibility to travel to customer mine sites domestically and internationally (frequent business traveling)
