1.Programmer (PRO) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and conduct training on plantation information system applications.

Requirements:

• Min S1 informatics techniques
• Mastering Object Oriented programming (OOP) and relational database design, HTML, XML, JAVA, CSS, Application Development Modelling (UML, ERD) and MySQL
• Having good analytical skills

2.Business Analyst (BA) -Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Perform analyzes and develop business models and application requirements

Requirements:

• Min S1 Technical Informatics
• Have knowledge of business processes, familiar with Application Development Modelling (UML, ERD)

3.Business Development (BD) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Stats do business development strategy and analyzing potential business opportunities

Requirements:

• Min S1 Accounting / Business / Management
• Able to develop business strategy, financial projection, and protect management in the establishment of a new business unit

4. Finance & Acounting (F & A) - Pontianak and Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Controlling the financial and accounting functions at the company, providing comprehensive reporting and timely

Requirements:

• Min S1 Akuntani
• Mastering the technical accounting, analysis, budget control and financial audit
• Honest, conscientious and detail in the work

5. Telent Management (TM) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Management planning and development of employees ranging from strategy to fulfillment of competencies and career development plan

Requirements:

• Min S1 any discipline, preferably majoring in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Industrial Engineering specialization in HRM
• Strong ability to design and development of human resource management strategies in an integrated

6. Mill Engineering (MEG) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Assist in the monitoring process of the plant, maintenance scheduling and execution of plant machinery

Requirements:

• Min S1 Technical / Mechanical Power Lines
• Have the ability to design, planning, construction standards of palm oil mill

7. Trainee Kepala tata usaha (KTU-T)- Kebun Kalimantan Barat

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all financial and administrative management of gardens and garden shed.

Requirements:

• Min. D3/S1 accounting, agricultural economics social
• Mastering the financial reporting
• Having good leadership and the establishment of a strong
• Thorough, neat in their work and adhere to deadlines
• Willing to undergo training for 6 months and the period of service for 2 years

8. Trainee asisten kebun (AK-T) – kebun  kalimantan barat

Responsibilities:
Implement good agricultural practices related to land clearing, seeding, fertilizing, and pest / disease

Requirements:

• Min.S1 agriculture
• Mastering the agronomic techniques, management of social conditions and the accuracy of administrative reports gardens.
• Able to act tactically in the field, has a soul kepemmpinan and good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to undergo training for 6 months and the period of service for 2 years

8.Estate facility management (EFM)-kebun Kalimantan barat
Responsibilities:
Mamfasilitasi both technical training event and was responsible for the condition of the facility training center.

Requirements:

• Min.S1 any discipline, preferably majoring in agriculture.
• Ability to manage the operational training center, preferably a graduate of the training center of the plantation
• Dynamic, energetic and assertive in attitude

9.Regulatory & compliance (RC) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Create and implement policies, standards and procedures related to the regulations.

Requirements:

• Min.S1 environmental engineering, forestry
• Have an understanding and experience of environmental conservation, ISPO, and the development of SOP in the plantation industry.
