Responsibilities:
- Handling All document (Proposal, report, presentation, act)
Requirements:
- Female, single, max 25 years old
- Minimum Diploma 1
- Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
- Have good personality, appearance, attitude, honest, and responsible
- Computer Literate (Ms Word – Document Formatting, Excel – Macro , Power Point and Access)
Librarian
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement library system
- Develop and maintain indexing systems
- Develop and maintain data and information record
- Manage Librarian room
- Register document in and out of library
- Provide library services in response to the information needs of library users
- Ensure an accurate inventory of resources
- Develop and maintain cataloging procedures
- Perform other related duties
Requirements:
- Male, max 20 years old
- Minimum Diploma 1
- Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Computer Literate Ms Word, Excel and Access (database)
