Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager, accountable to monitor, control and supervise company’s financial processes and activities such as interprets and analysis financial operations and transactions, forecasts trends, and develops special reports for management purpose. Incumbent will involve and play a significant role in ensure that the daily operation of Finance and Accounting function conform with company’s procedures and and group requirements.
2. The incumbent shall actively promote Grundfos’s code of conduct, accounting principles, and corporate manual to ensure implementation of company policies as per guidelines.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree (S1) background in Accounting from reputable University.
* Having minimum 2 year of extensive working experience as senior officer in Finance & Accounting with good track in leading team
* Good knowledge international accounting standard and Indonesian tax regulations
* Strong management skills, able to manage team and become mentor for the team member
* Having SAP or ERP would be advantageous
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
* Having good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and high initiative.
* Adaptive and fast learner.
* Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

Human Resource Specialist (Generalist) Jakarta
Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate will report to HR Senior Manager, accountable to execute HR processes in delivering HR services to internal and external stakeholders. As business partner HR keen to add value and participates in strategic planning to help the business meet present and future goals. Such value should cover and translates into HR processes, includes recruiting, training, advancement and placement of new and current employees. Incumbent will be expected to become talent magnet, culture ambassador and become reliable change agent for the organization.
2. This position will require essential knowledge in HR general processes includes HR administration and hands on experience in recruitment, onboarding and training.
Requirements:
* Highly motivated and self driven
* Strong building relationship skills
* Minimum 2 year experience in overall HR processes
* Minimum S1 degree in Psychology or social sciences
* English proficiency (active) and computer literate
* Strong analytical & technical knowledge, preferably with hands on experience with Psycho-metric tools, TNA or certified coach
* Excellent communication & presentation skill
* Familiar with SAP would be an advantage
