IT Application Support (Code: IT) - Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Reports to IT Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
1. Support current JDEdward Application and involve on maintenance/enhancement of the system
2. Perform system analysis and gathering user requirement on new software
3. Perform user support and system modification for the legacy application
4. Maintaining proper system documentation, user procedure and change management processes for all application
5. Monitor system performance, security branches to the system, bug fixing, patch update and perform proper action to mitigate interruption for accessing business application
6. Provide comprehensive report regarding the system performance, utilization and all enhancements has been done to improve reliability of the system and for the capacity planning purpose
7. Develop new business application.
General Requirements:
* Must possess at least Bachelor degree (S-1) from recognized university majoring in technical information technology
* Minimum 2 years experiences in supporting business application, preferable the ERP System
* Have a good understanding and experience on UML and the utilizing tools
* Deep understanding on Software Development Cycle and System Analysis Processes
* Experience in JDEdward or other ERP System (SAP, etc)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work under minimal supervision
