Purchasing Staff (PS)Jakarta Raya – Tanjung Priok
Responsibilities:
* Processing the request by asking for quotation from several approved suppliers in supplier list or new supplier
* Preparing purchase order (PO) after received purchase approval and checked the approval authorization completeness in compliance with procedure
* Collecting supporting documents (quotation, price comparison table, purchase approval) to be attached to PO and filing it
Requirements:
* Min STM or D3 from Mechanical, Electrical engineering
* Proficiency in English both spoken and written
* Harddriving, proactive and good in negotiation
* Concern with detail and trustworthy
* Minimum 1 year as Purchasing Staff or Buyer
Recruitment Staff (RS)

Responsibilities:
* To conduct selection process and induction program for new employee
* To conduct panel review for probationary and promotion employee
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Psychology with GPA min 3.00
* Min. 0-1 year experience in recruitment and selection
* Male/Female with max age 26 y/o
* Broad knowledge and skills of psychological assessment tools
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Proficiency in English both oral and written
* Computer literate
