Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
* Able to draft and review legal agreements and other documentations such as contracts, leasing, rental, insurance etc
* Have experience in handling company permits, licenses, articles directly to the government department or institutional.
* Understand the right workflow to successfully process and obtain legal license from relevant government departments (eg. BKPM, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Labor )
* Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian Regulations and its implementation.
* Coordinate with Group Legal in order to submit legal reporting.
* Dealing with external lawyers in providing legal opinion, consultant and advice.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree (S1) in Law
* Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.00
* Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
* Fluent in English and Indonesian language (both oral and written).
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must
* Detail-oriented, organized, and timely management.
* High integrity, good personality/diplomatic, and excellent interpersonal skills
