Through ist association with Indoclay and CME, Ratu Samban Mining has special relationship with several Japanese company. Ratu Samban Mining undertakes directly all mining activities. The coal is transported from mine stock pile to port stock pile by local contractor. But the port stock pile is handling of coal for drying, crushing, blending has done by Ratu Samban Mining.

Mechanical & Heavy Equipment Trainer
Qualification:
- Male and max 35 years old
- Having 5 years experiences in mechanical and heavy equipment trainer.
- Having Trainer Certificate ( TOT)
- Excellent English is a must
- Taking care of quality of mine product
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure and self motivated and honest
- Having good communication skill
- Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill, Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
Mine Superintendent
Qualification:
- Male and max 35 years old
- Degree in faculty of Mining Engineer
- Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining company as Mine Superintendent
- Capable for doing calculation of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, usage of fuel, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine.
- Taking care of quality of mine product
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure and self motivated and honest
- Excellent in English is a must
- Having good communication skill
- Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill, Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
Operator ADT/ DT
Qualification:
- Male max 35 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Having SIM B1 or B2
- Having good communication skill
- Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill, Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
